Pengembangan skuad muda Arsenal kayaknya sih emang sangat fokus ke teknik ketimbang postur fisik yah? Hehehe..

bukannya ini yang emg dipengenin si AW?
kyk waktu di cesc fabregas show si aw bilang kl pondasi seorang pemain itu teknik. kl ga punya teknik mending ga usah jd pemain bola....yaaah kasarnya begitu

;D
silahkan bertanya sepuasnya sama saya disini

Di pre-season kali ini, emang baru tadi pagi Randall menuai pujian karena sebelum2nya dia tampil awful...

golnya Barazite jg akibat assistnya Randall neh...still promising...

ada yang terinspirasi oleh wilshere nih.....  ::)

Randall: Young Wilshere can be my inspiration

As a young Englishman in the Arsenal set-up, Mark Randall feels inspired by Jack Wilshere’s record-breaking appearance at Ewood Park.

Randall, 19 on Sunday, featured in the Quarter- and Semi-Finals of the Carling Cup last season and he is hoping to get the nod for the Third Round tie against Sheffield United on Wednesday.

The match represents a genuine opportunity for some of Arsenal’s young charges to make the step-up to the first team and the midfielder thinks that Jack Wilshere’s senior involvement bodes well for all the English players at the Club.

“Jack playing against Blackburn just proves that the boss will play young English players if they’re good enough,” said Randall. “Everyone talks about the number of foreigners in our team but that means nothing. If you’re good enough you’ll play, English or not.

“This is a big season for me because I’m older now. I need to get as many games as possible under my belt, in the first team especially, just to make me stronger and a better player.

“There is a buzz about it [the Carling Cup]. But at the end of the day we’re all professional, we’ve still got to work, we have to do exactly the same in any game that we play and we have to give 100 per cent in training every day.

“In a way there is [one eye on the Sheffield United tie], because it’s a big game for us. But you’ve just got to keep focused and keep working hard.”

Kayaknya bakal diloan-out lagi nih Randall...

Carling Cup regular Mark Randall will now complete the second half of the campaign on loan, following Arsenal’s elimination at the hands of Burnley on Tuesday evening.

The 19-year-old has started all three of the Gunners’ Cup clashes this season, with standout performances against Sheffield United and Wigan. Mark earned little praise despite putting in influential shifts those nights, and was also one of a trio blamed for the defeat at Turf Moor. Randall in fact had a decent evening at his former stomping ground - forcing a first half reaction save from Brian Jensen after good work from Nicklas Bendtner, and then reversing the roles to play in the Dane for a second half opportunity.

Indeed, his performances have been lauded by manager Arsène Wenger, who is a long term admirer of the tenacious prospect. Wenger was keen to stress that whilst Mark doesn’t have the reputation of Jack Wilshere, he has similar potential.

“He has as much as Jack Wilshere. I think he is a little bit more of a late developer but he is exceptional.”

The Frenchman also highlighted Randall’s reputation amongst the fans, and believes that the mindset of the person plays a bigger part in their success, rather than what others think of them.

“One thing I have learned in my career is that those who keep going, no matter what is said of them, will make a career. Mental strength and daily motivation is more important than what people say about you.”

“I am impressed with the progress Mark has made. He has made a fantastic step forward recently.”

Mark confirmed during an interview with Arsenal TV last month that Arsène had suggested a second loan spell when the Carling Cup finishes, and with January approaching fast, there is sure to be a queue of outfits ready to take on the midfielder.
"My beliefs have always been the same. I am happy that the people who love the club are happier, but I've always had faith in what I have been doing."

Kalo Randal sepertinya dilepas aja sama AW, memang gak ada bakat nih anak, beda banget sama pemain muda Arsenal lainnya.
